Happy Easter everyone!
If you’re just tuning in, on Wednesday, February 17th, I completely gave up meat and fish for lent.
It has been a challenging, fun, and great experience. Though I could never give up meat completely, I learned a bunch and the experience will definitely alter some of the decisions I will make in the future regarding what to eat/cook. I also witnessed first hand how it feels to be at a party/gathering where there are NO vegetarian options. I now feel for you guys!
