As you may have read before, I love the cheesesteak at John’s Roast Pork in South Philly. On my first two visits to John’s, I always got the steak. I’ve wanted to get the roast pork but was always in a steak mood when I got down there. Finally, on my third visit, I got the roast pork sandwich.
The sandwich is made up of their roast pork which has been sitting in its juices plus sharp provolone served on a seedy, crusty roll. Delicious.
