The burger was cooked to my liking at medium-rare (I guess it was more on the medium side though) and was very juicy, messy, and tasty. The brioche bun was toasted and surprisingly held together throughout consumption.
At $2.99 extra, you get seasoned and satisfactory shoestring fries. I could probably go without them next time.
Schnippers serves a great fast food style burger. If you get sad from the crazy long line at Shake Shack, keep heading down 23rd to get your burger fix.
